r	rubs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there a few times , below average service. 1st incident I was getting a 6 months refill for my prescription . Lady says that they can only do 3 I asked why? Didn't specify any reason. I said " I can take it somewhere else then" lady proceeds to give in with a reluctant face ?? 2nd incident , my family doctor wrote a prescription for me but forgot to write down the strength of the medication. Pharmacist lady doesn't know what to do. I called back to the clinic n the reception said they can fax it over. So I explained back to the same girl but apparently she doesn't know how to do it. I have to call again . Reception telling me that most pharmacies have a database for them to fax to and patients can't have access to the info. I am dumbfounded. I couldve got my medication after a day but now it's taken too much time and effort. I feel like I am doing everything . Instead they couldve looked into there system. I am not sure if they undergo any pharmacy training. They know their pharmacy stuff but definitely doesn't know how to operate the system or wtever. Go somewhere else , save your time and headache.

Besides, unlike Walmart located in Port Coquitlam, their greeters and cashiers at self check-out sections are not warm welcome to their customers.
M	Marguerite Pear on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked the pharmacist the price of my medicine and if covered. She told me the price and said none were covered. So i went without medicine for a year, until I went to another pharmacy who said all meds were covered. I was lied to. Disgusting ?.

He was so patient and understanding when answering any questions my mother and I had on our prescription. A bonus too is that he speaks chinese, so for any elderly chinese speakers like my mum who has trouble communicating in english, it makes communications so much easier. Very rare to see a young person that is so patient and actually cares about people.
O	Olivia C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found myself here getting a flu shot with my 7yo son. The pharmacy staff was phenomenal and super helpful in trying to ease my son's anxiety. I was so impressed with the pharmacist administering the shot, as well as the gentlemen who was working, that came at the exact moment he was getting the shot to distract him. I can laugh now about the screaming that my son was doing beforehand, but they were extremely professional, helpful, and cared even when they were busy helping other customers. My son said afterwards - "That wasn't so bad, I think I like getting shots." LOL! I can't rate them any higher, but they deserved to be commended for their amazing customer service, focus, and multitasking abilities!
