 It was very good because the system was simple and easy to use Korean service, do not have to wait, and receive payments by direct debit to customers using a business account. However, it is inconvenient because there is no e-transfer or bank credit card.

It is a bank that is very friendly and does its best for its customers. The bank in Korea is the best ?
In particular, Assistant Manager Ha-Young Jang is a very kind person.

β β β β β I've been a member of this branch for almost 10 months now. I love it. Almost never have I had an issue. It's been the same lovely ladies working there almost this whole time. Staff is always super friendly and smiling.

β β β β β The staffs are very friendly and professional. Since it is a korean bank, there are many advangates you can receive if you are doing banking with Korea. The interior is very very nice too!

β β β β β The info desk gave me a wrong info which made me to visit this place again. The teller gave me a wrong info again and I promptly left the bank since I am afraid of they make another mistakes. Bad info desk, inexperience teller and incompetent manager who is in charge of these employees. It is crucial for bank to give a trustworthy info to customers. If that is not executed right, that bank is worthless. Our community doesn't need this type of bank. Don't deal with this bank.

β β β β β Great customer service, professional staff, no line-ups.
The bank is good for wire transfers to S.Korea because they convert CAD to KRW on the spot, whereas all national banks can only transfer CAD or USD to an account in Korea and then the currency exchange happens there.
Since this bank is relatively new in Canada the processing time for transfers between the bank and other financial institutions is longer than that of the big banks, hope this will improve over time.
