★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made 3 identical orders with detailed specifications to align numbers. Only in one order numbers were aligned. When questioned, the place refused to do anything about it (they could offer even 10% off and it would sweeten the disappointment for us), but they claimed they did everything right. Not sutisfied. Mistakes happens, but you have to own them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went to get my wedding ring engraved on the inside and got it back damaged. they had scratched the outside of the ring. the lady who seemed to own/operate the store than had the nerve to tell me I brought it in that way. it was a brand new ring which had never left the box. they also messed up on our champagne glasses. luckily the glasses were bought at things engraved and they were able to replace them and do the engraving all over again. the lady than threatened to call the cops. I would recommend going anywhere but here. they do not know how to do business with people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought a knife for gift and asked for the engraving price. The female employee said $1 per letter. Engraving done with 7 letters. When I was billed $15 extra, the employee decided that it was the right time to disclose a $15 setup fee. Will not be going back.
