β β β β β Clean, light, and comfortable shopping floor/environment. AC is ok, but a bit stronger is better, sometimes feel no fresh air. Many shopping options. Price is ok. Employees are pretty nice and friendly. Credit cards accepted. Free parking lot available in the front/plaza. Many small shops and dinning options nearby. Bus stops/station, skytrain stations, and Coquitlam Shopping Center are in walking distance.

β β β β β I do like the selection they have here, but I guess there isn't much competition in coquitlam. The store has a lot of great books both fiction and non-fiction including notebooks, pens etc. But a lot of the books you find here at high prices can be found in used book stores and way cheaper online. However, if you want something new and shiny this would be the place to go. The magazine collection is awesome, everything from around the western world.

β β β β β I want to not like chapters since its probably better to shop at your local smaller bookstore, but this place really does have a lovely selection. Their bestsellers are often on sale, the note books are unique and very well made. Furthermore, they have such a huge selection of magazine and they have laid out chairs for people to just read them, and the staff doesnβt give you any trouble about it. Some of their merchandise like mugs and scarves etc. are a bit expensive, but again very good quality stuff.

β β β β β November 6, 2020 - Everyone wearing masks and lining up at door which is a very short wait! Screening questions asked by staff upon entering and also the encouragement of hand sanitizing. I was helped by an informative staff member with cool purple hair and found all my items with ease.
