★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going there for years. The owner has Mo have helped me and my family with excellent instruction and recomendations when it come to medication. I do recomend anyone in the coquitlam region to develop a relationship with this pharamacy. The staff will promptly fill all your prescriptions and give you the correct information of usage. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After getting a prescription filled here I realized that a box was empty. I'm so glad that I checked in time to refill my prescription before my medication was out. After telling them about it they avoided the question several times before finally telling me that there was nothing that they could do about it. I paid for an empty box and apparently it's on me. Very disappointed, do not go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an experience with one of the male pharmacists that was quite unprofessional. I made a mistake in the timing of renewing my prescription and it was not covered as it should be. Instead of just letting me know that and telling me to come back at a later date, he laughed at me under his breath until I left. If you have poor mental health or are a more sensitive person in how people treat you, maybe avoid the male pharmacist. They all do their job well, but that experience was unnecessary and left me feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed, which shouldn't happen when dealing with medical professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in here yesterday two men who worked there were standing across from eachother they seemed bothered that I came in. I asked if they carried hycodan and the guy behind the counter repeated it said no and I thanked them. I went to pharmasave and asked the same thing and the pharmacist advised me that it is a prescribed medicine due to opiates. He understood I was getting it for my dog without me telling him. The guys at the medicine shop should have advised me the same not just scoffed at me like I'm trying to get high off cough syrup. I will never shop here and I'll turn people away from here. My grandma's meds will be bought elsewhere too. Thanks for the help guys ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best service ever. If you are still going to Shoppers, London, or a grocery store pharmacy think about changing. We get the personalized service of a pharmacist who knows our names and medications and gives us real advice. Also helped us find a new family doctor when ours retired.
