★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh.My.God this place had a delicious cake. Okay, granted I only went there once and got a custom made chocolate cake but it was perfect. My kids loved it, I loved it and there were no left overs to think of! I know this place is still hiring and looking to get things in order (I think) so their selection isn't as great, but I will be coming back for more.
The lady serving me was also super cheery, which is always nice!

Loved the Tiramisu Cake & the Pastel De Natas (Portuguese Egg Tarts. Yummm)
The Fruit Cake was okay. Personally didnt think it had much taste in the cake itself. Fruit was fresh and delicious though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No judgement on the baking stuff, their services are absolutely horrible. i ordered a 6 inch cake 3 days in advance, got call last minute to tell me they can't make 6inch, 8 inch only. Ok then, when i went for pickup, they don't accept my VIP card which was save on cellphone (there is card number that they can use for the system to allocate me). The staff ask me to go home get the physical card regardless how far i am living. Come on it's 2022, i can think any other place will force you to use physical card! And the manager is even worse, she directly yelled at me that if i am not happy i can leave without picking up the cake! All right then, i choose to leave and ban this store forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to stay out of all the customer service that the staff of the St. Germain bakery or impeccably well trained, professional and polite.
The cakes are absolutely amazing especially the fruit covered cakes as well I make an amazing black forest cake as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally don’t mind their bakery but it’s definitely not as good as it used to be. I got two matcha buns and both were raw inside. I didn’t bother taking it back. And the cost of their egg tarts went up a lot. It’s almost $2 per egg tart.
