★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am running a business of 12 people. This bank cannot be less useless. We honestly, are very sad that we ever used this branch and RBC. They are literally the least knowledgeable staff I have every met. We are transferring to a new back as soon as possible. If you are needing a business account use anyone except this group.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is an employee named Mali in this branch, the most unhelpful and useless employee you can find anywhere. She does everything she can not to help you. Rest of the staff are great, she is just such a shame for RBC. She has been with RBC for a long time, yet she does not know the basics of her jobs and overall a very useless employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible costumer service, I went in to fill out papers as I was advised be the online RBC rep. Filled out and signed multiple papers , after a few days went by I called the 188 number just to find out the lady who submitted my papers submitted the papers blank??! And has been uncooperative with them to complete the task. they have not even reached out to me what so ever to solve the issue, if I hadn’t called called to check I wouldn’t have known and would have continued waiting. Everytime
I go on their I get horrible service. And the blonde white lady who looks like big bird who I assume was a supervisor was super dismissive and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience, My meeting with the bank was cancelled early in the morning, and I was given no priority. There were no apologies from the bank's manager either. I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested to speak with the management, to which she replied, "I am the manager!!!!" I will never book with this branch again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience, waited tooooo long to get cash for a cheque and they right in back off chek after 20 min .manger oh we can't cash your chek I'm have business for 3 years .
Rbc banks pay to indian lady manger 30 $ per hour to set in there and nathing to do.
