★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning. Please avoid an unprofessional associate whose name is Royal, especially when you are planning to get mortgages. He made so many mistakes and gave inappropriate legal advices. It delayed my mortgage approval and ruined my opportunity to make offers. It turns out the branch manager had to step in and took over the whole process. It's a very painful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 30 years of being a TD Canada Trust customer I had enough of the ever increasing fees and BS When closing my account the teller went to talk to his (so called manager) and she didn't even look away from her personal phone to talk to him. Very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mobile checking lineup is supposed to be faster than the regular lineup. Not when the counter isn't staffed and the one other teller is dealing w someone trying to make a payment on their credit card so they can spend money on it. But only paying enough so the card is still maxed out. Someone is dense

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most un aducated people work on td ,they are not even train properly,when you call and talk to them,they hung up the phone on you,very poor customer service ,will change the bank as soon as possible and will work with others that have some manners and k ow what their doin,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always have a great experience when coming to this branch, customer service is great. However, I came on a Friday and it said it was open until 8:00pm and that the office hours were updated 4 days ago. I came at 7:30pm and it was closed already, so it was a bit upsetting as I get off work at 7:00pm and is the only time I can come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is it too much to ask to have the ATM open with some normal hours? The whole point is to offer convenience to your clients. It has even affected my Amazon locker deliveries. Totally unacceptable.
