U	Uyen Trinh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with ICBC for a long time( opend the account at ICBC in NV) the service there was awesome. but I took my daughter to this branch to open the student bank account cause she is 15 and has first job of her life so we were so excited to go there and getting thing done.we had an appointment with Joe .he asking for ID and also passport so I totally understand that but the thing is my daughter never been to anywhere beside USA so her passport was done when she was 10 but I have a nexus card to show to him.and after that he wanted us to bring her passport with her signature on that to clarify her signature. Do u believe that no one would ask a little to sign on the passport so I told him she could sign in front of you but he was given us a hard time....anyway end up he opened the account for her but under my name.and poor girl now she could deposit the etranfer her first amount that she been working hard for ...I will definitely move to a different bank after all the hassle he gave us.beside that he made me drove back home and come back with another document but still is No account for my girl. Very bad personality. This is the first time that I have to written a bad review for someone..?

I have had multiple accounts, credit cards and investments and as well as my business account with them over the years. Advisors at this location do not have enough knowledge to take care of customer needs.It takes for ever to get an answer if you need a loan or mortgage to get through regardless of the outcome. ( I had way better experience dealing with Scotia bank at Coquitlam Center.)

Yesterday, I referred to a branch in person, and they advised me that I didn't need to refer to the branch in person, and that I could do it over the phone. Today, I have been calling the branch/the telephone banking center for like two hours, but there is literally nobody to answer. Nobody. And how annoying the recorded voice and music can get, especially when you hear they say, we're there to help. There's actually NO ONE there to help.
