β β β β β Great store but very Poor customer service.I was at store yesterday and I asked the guy at cash register if they have a certain size of a t-shirt I was carrying, to which he got so annoyed and said whatever is on the floor is what we have and I said people sometimes leave stuff here and there ,would be great if you can look ,then he looked up his phone for 10 seconds and said, no we can't look up the items on sale.Every customer before me and after me was given warm see off but I felt so unwelcomed, he didn't even say a word and just handed over my stuff.Man if you don't like your job find something else ...I am sure somebody at you job can run there household expenses and be a lot more happier and spread happiness to people visiting the store. You literally spoiled my day..

β β β β β I really like this place. Granted its not the best material, so don't put your items in the washier without checking the label. However, if you're looking for something season, like summer clothes, there is something for everyone. So yea, I went in for shorts and such and I got so much stuff for under seventy dollars. Definitely good for that.

β β β β β You can always count on this store to find something you need within your budget. The clothing line is good at catering to most styles, and does well with their seasonal attire. However, some of their material is not great and will not hold up in your washier and dryer, so watch out for that. With that said, for the prices that are being paid, its pretty good
Also, the stores, especially at coquitlam centre, are huge and full of variety.

β β β β β Time to optimize the time your customers wasting in lines. Every time I buy something I gotta spend over 15 mins in lines (during work days, canβt imagine whatβs happening on the weekends). This review was written while staying in line.

β β β β β Very very poor service.
I bought swimsuit a few days ago and the size didn't fit on me so I asked them to refund it. But they said swimsuit and final sale stuffs can't be refunded. I told them that nobody mentioned about it when I'm buying it, but the manager told me that they don't mention about it and we have to read the refund policy written on the receipt by ourselves. You know what? We get receipt after we pay it and that means we are never be able to refund them if we don't have knowledge about it? I had worked in other SPA brand as a manager for a few years and mentioning about refund policy before customer pays it is really basic thing to know.

β β β β β Very poor management and supervisor. While I was waiting in the line to make a return, I noticed who seemed to be the manager just fold clothes and not pay attention to the cash. There were only 2 people at the register and over 12 people waiting in line. She has seen the people after a few minutes but didnβt care enough to start another register or asign someone else. I waited over 20 minutes and out of that, there was no movement in the line for 10 minutes. Even though it is very convenient for me to come to this location, I will not be coming back and I recommend you do the same! Such a waste of timeβ¦

β β β β β I couldn't find my favorite jeans so I had to get my next favorites. They had a good sale on kids long sleeved T shirts as well so I got my son a couple. Usually decent selection....maybe next time.
