★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing store and brand. Has all of the essentials such as short sleeve tees, crewnecks, and turtlenecks. Highly recommend if you are into a minimalist look, or just want wardrobe essentials.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible online shopping experience. I tried to get my grandpa pj pants but the store doesn't carry XL size. Staff told me to order online but I have to pay for return shipping@$9.9+tax if not fit. Sure no problem. I ordered 4 items and returned 2 at the end. Refund received and it was short. There's no breakdown of the refund, so I did the math. The $5+tax New App User coupon got deducted. Well done UNIQLO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a few items which were supposed to arrive before Christmas and when it didn’t I attempted to cancel the order. The app did not provide me an option to cancel the order even before it arrived in store. When it did arrive I went in store to ask for my money back, they refused and said I would have to accept the items and return it to their warehouse at my own cost. I refused and when I looked into it further they will ship the items back and refund if you do not pick them up (this should take almost a month which seems like a long time). I’m not sure if the employees didn’t know this or they didn’t want to return the items themselves but either way it was terrible customer service and as I was in line I saw multiple other people complaining. This is one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve dealt with and will not be back.

I made an efforts to come to the store to return online purchases for quick refund and not being charged $10 shipping fee but I was just told that all online orders should be returned through mail with $10 shipping fee, no exceptions. I don't know when the policy has changed but I remember returning stuffs at the stores. No more online shopping for uniqlo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So this store has THE FITTING ROOM CLOSED. You cant try on their products. Or if they let you try, its the same sample that everyone had tried on.
Then their policy is YOU CANT EVEN EXCHANGE IF THE PRODUCT IS UNWRAPPED even if you keep every tag and paper and hanger.
I felt really bad for people that I gifted UNIQLO products to during the holidays because technically they cant exchange if it doens fit, dont even talk about return.
I really feel like I got tricked to buy their stuffs. Once you pay for it, dont even touch it or you just lose your money.
Really bad way of retail business.

There are different colours for a variety of clothing and pants which makes it easy if you like a certain style. The heat tech products provide a good amount of warmth in the winter and is good for layering when it gets cold.
