★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guess is one of the brands that I like, but I shopped from this store twice and I must say they have a very bad customer service, very bad attitude, they treat me like I am a thief, NEVER SHOP GUESS FROM HERE, buy it from Hudson's bay or other GUESS stores. I am not saying for changing policy or anything, ALL I SAY IS TREAT PEOPLE NICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a product that has really bad quality and I was mad about it. So I called it to this store and they said that they can return while they knew I felt an ache by wearing and it's thread is spread out before I wore out. I had not noticed but I was able to know right after the pain was starting. I told them this situation on the phone, but they have literary changed their attention. Servicer have terrible service and I decide to not go to the store since that time. The products were already made really terrible! I cannot accept it.
One female who has two hair colours just went to other customers although I was on the conversation! Her name is Saba and she is a really awful person ever I saw. She has to be fired. She cannot be an assistant at all, the employer kind of has discrimination as well ’cause she knew that my mother and I are not Canadian. I will never buy any clothes and I will return all things bought from the Guess because of the terrible attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really great experience at this store. Everyone who worked there was super kind, and one of the staff there named Taylor was very kind and helpful! I remember her name because she has the same name! I ended up getting the red Marciano leggy dress. I fell in love with it when I saw it outside of the store, and the staff member Taylor helped me find it immediately. I always felt welcomed the entire time I was there! Because I am a young woman who looks quite young to some, most places don’t bother to help me or can be quite rude. But everyone at this location were very welcoming and helpful. This was one of the reasons I got the dress as well. I didn’t feel discriminated against and it was a nice change. I will definitely be back to this location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After getting my kids clothing i finally was able to find a good pair of jeans. Though bootlegger had a better price on the guess jeans the manager told me she would give me 35% off of designer guess jeans i had a bad experience in there that made me uncomfortable so i decided to go to the actual guess store. Of course they weren't on sale but they fit like a charm so i was really ok spending the extra amount on a comfy well fitted jean that will last. Always great quality high waisted jeans from guess

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always liked GUESS's apparel, they have some nice stuff for mens. I just don't understand why they don't continue their sales because I really do feel like their non-sale prices are just overboard and expensive. Otherwise, its a great store, its hard to find too much for mens at coquitlam centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't gone into a Guess store since I was in HS lol. I'm actually surprised by how nice their stuff still is. I remember their OG jean jacket was the "IT" item back when I was in HS. I decided to go into the store since one of their bags caught my eye. Upon looking at the bag, i realized the quality of the bag didn't justify it the price. I did however walk out with some clothes that were on sale! I bought a jean jacket for a very good deal and a matching set of lounge wear. All were discounted plus an additional 50% off!! All 3 items feel really nice against the skin. There's something about their denim jackets that just feel soooo soft.. almost buttery. It's something GUESS does very well.
I do like this location moreso than others (eg Metrotown). I find the music way too LOUD at metro. How can you even have a decent conversation with a customer when you have the music blasting as if you're in a club????
Some of the SAs aren't the friendliest... but it's not a huge deal to me. I don't like to be bothered when I'm shopping anyways. As long as they let me into the fitting room, i could care less about their attitude lol. They are very similar to SAs at Aritzia (a store i shop often - too often lol)
