★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is absolutely poor. And I like the way their check in system is.
If you have a membership why do you have stand in line and wait for them to give you a band. And most of the time the line is huge. If you have a one hour of your time to workout you can imagine how much time time left to to that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty clean most of the time, the mall itself is beautiful. Great selection of stores and services. Only downside is that it's always crowded, but most malls are nowadays anyway.

Never too crowded.
Most of the popular stores have an outlet in here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just love this mall. It’s the perfect size with everything you need under one roof, with plenty of parking. They keep it well maintained and very clean. The attendants in the food court are attentive as I often see them going to a table as someone is stands up to take their tray for disposal and instead they kindly take it off their hands. They recently added more seating & phone charging availability in one of the entrances. Judging by how many people use them, it’s been a welcomed upgrade. I’d love to see even more seating & charge/table options. After all we’ve been through the last 2 years, being around people is critical to our mental health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coquitlam centre isn't a big mall but it has the stores you need and want without walking for hours. You can find your new TV, pickup running shoes, get an outfit for the wedding, all while having a coffee or ice cream, before grading groceries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern design, clean open space, and a good number of anchor stores is the charm of Coquitlam Centre. There are two floors and plenty of shops to find what you’re looking for. There are also benches available through to rest, a good sized food court, and some seating area. There are sales booth littered around the mall selling seasonal items (ie flowers, balloons, and bears for Valentine’s Day).
Outside of the food court, there is McDonald’s, Tim Hortons, Wave Coffee and Burger King (inside Walmart) available for food and drink options.
There is a section of the mall that has very squeaky floors (no matter what shoes you are wearing), which is a bit strange for such a new mall.
Overall it is fun to visit and shop, and the mall is close to two skytrain stations (Lincoln and Coquitlam Centre).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful & sparkling Christmas Decoration here with no entry fee. Parking is so easy. It's 1.2 km walk around beautiful Lafarge lake. Enjoy the view with a cup of coffee in winter ?

About 5 minute walk from sky train to door. Large variety of shops and places to eat.
Mall is beautiful and have places to sit if your significant other is busy buying everything.
Was fairly noisy for a mall and the main food court washroom was under construction and no other signage was available stating so. Making someone unfamiliar with the mall looking for a store on a different level with no signage.
Definite must visit mall if you are visiting.
