I’m extremely disappointed by the way your staff lui ( not 100% sure if that’s the right name) handles a situation. I ordered something online for my brother and paid using Apple Pay. I did enter his details for the bill, however, when he went to pick it up, apparently, the bills was on my name (May be ‘cause I used my apple pay account to pay for it). I totally understand that the salesperson needs to check id and verify before they could give out the product to the customer. But, saying that ‘I cant do anything about it.. if you can’t change the details ask your sister to change it if she paid for it’ is not very helpful.We didn’t have any idea about how to do it, there’s wasn’t any link in the email that my brother got n i didn’t even get any email because I didn’t not enter my details other than using my Apple Pay to pay for it. When he went back to lui for help, he gave my brother a helpline number which doesn’t even work on weekends. I also asked if he could talk to me over the phone n May be I could send a photo of my id if that’s helpful, he refused to do so which is also understandable that you guys could be very busy or what so ever. However, the way he was talking to my brother is totally unacceptable. If he can’t be helpful, he don’t need to loud and rude . I think some of your team members really needs to understand that if they work in a customer service role it’s all about helping the customer when needed. I didn’t expect him to call customer services for us. Giving us clear instructions or even the right number and being respectable towards your customers would be nice . Things like these just reflects how much you value ur customers. Anyway, i managed to find the right number from google and changed my details.

Worst experience ever in an apple store. The staff has zero courtesy and no respect for the customers. Before hiring the salesman apple should make sure they are appropriate for dealing humbly with visitors. The salesman named ‘Kiddy’ was so rude to me when I asked her for help. I would recommend people to visit any other apple store in the town but never this one.

Even though it is covered under applecare, the technicians refuse to attempt any sort of repair because they are not competent enough to figure out what the issue is. After going back and forth several times they are adamant on insisting that nothing is wrong or nothing can be done and are trying to send us home with a broken macbook. They do not hold up their end of the warranty.

The advisors here are not good. I had a problem in my airpods. And I went there talked to an advisor but the advisor denied to take it for any repairs because when he connects the airpods to his system it shows the condition is fine, while I was encountering problems with the airpods. He told me that there was something on it and now ithat he has removed it its going to work, however the problem persisted and that airpod has stopped working completely while it still shows the battery in it. My airpods went out of warranty soon after that visit. Now I don't feel like paying for a repair because of some advisor's fault.

I purchased an Airpods Pro off someone at Facebook Marketplace, which had a legitimate serial number on the packaging label, the charging case, and even on my phone setting showing a valid apple care. It turned out to be a knock off when a specialist at this location checked it out. I expressed my concern for consumer protection, and she could not care less about it. I have even offered to donate the item so that they can further investigate because of how legitimate the knock offs looked, but could care less. I understand it's not her fault, and I didn't expect anything from her about me getting burnt, but what I am upset is the lack of action being taken by Apple at retail level to protect it's consumers when legitimate serial numbers are being validated on fake knockoffs.

I came in to upgrade my old phone to a new iphone 13. This guy name Jed , he came over and introduced himself. He asked if I wanted to financing my phone from Roger because they have some discount. I didn't want to get my phone to get stuck with any carrier, I just want to buy the phone and go. He kept insisted to push me to get in the contract with Roger and buy the apple care, I refused and he walked away. Later he got another young lady came over to help me. Then I heard another lady stand next by told the young lady do not sell the phone to me because Jed could of finishing the transaction. They kept talk back and forward, and the young lady finally helped me to finish my transaction. Later on, I found out that sales people at apple they do not work for commission, but they will get promoted if they can trick you into sign the contract with phone carrier. This is why the guys who name Jed who originally helped me walked away when he did not get me to sign the contract with Roger for my phone. What an ugly experience, when a sales person walk away from a customer just because he could not see any benefit from supporting him. Apple should change this in how paying or promoting their employees.

There is always a huge line up and they are always crowded and even if you make an appointment online do expect to wait an extra half hour or so also if you have apple care it's better to do it online or with apple over the phone where you can either mail in your phone and they mail you back a fresh one or the faster option where you make a deposit which is just held on your credit card and then they send you a new phone and in that same box you put your old/defective device and mail it back to them and you immediately have that hold lifted from your credit card. I feel whenever you go in store they just say oh give it some time it will resolve itself or this n that is normal when it's clearly not for example my phone the home button was sticky even tho no juice or water had ever been on it and the volume keys have a tactile sound and click to them but not the home button also it would stay stuck on so siri would activate but still they didn't do much... it's only if you want to have your screen replaced the Same day with or without apple care and don't want to do the mail process. Which I forgot to mention the mail process works even if you don't have apple care it's just obviously not free and you pay the same fee you pay in store to have your screen replaced.

PATHETIC SERVICES BY AHMAD!!! I had very bad experience today at Guildford Apple Store. I visited Apple Store to inquire about if I could return my defected strap which was committed to me by one of Apple Employee on Feb 26, 2022 at which time I had placed order for the new one. On Feb 26, 2022 the person who attended me assured me that my watch is still in warranty and I could swap my strap with the new one. So, I requested the strap that I had order via online shopping and he helped in doing so. He mentioned that once the new strap arrived come visit the store and we process your refund. At that time, strap I wanted to swap was not available in store in size 9 that’s why I had order online. I agreed to his suggestion. Today when I visited Apple Store Guildford, I was attended by Employee Name Ahmad, he addressed himself as technician. He without doing his due diligence upfront denied that my watch strap can’t be swapped or replaced neither any refund can be processed. He was not bothered to check any details rather he was keep on stressing that I supposed to remember the technician name who helped me last time. I never knew that customer have to maintain log of their recent visit to the store. Ahmad was arguing and doing no effort to provide satisfactory customer services. He treated like if I was lying. He’s body language so rude and insulting. I wonder since when Apple is hiring such a low quality personnel. His demeanour was unacceptable. I go to apple to experience good customer services and value for what I have paid. I want my concern to be resolved at the earliest. Also, I want to know who had helped on Feb 26, 2022 you have CCTV all over the place and you can figure out this easily.
