★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst experience I've ever had trying to get a new phone.
Had everything figured out over the phone (1 hour phone call) and just needed to show up and fill out some paperwork but the people working there today were completely and utterly incompetent. They refused service "twice" and to top it all off made us wait 2 hours just for them to close an hour and 15 minutes early!!! They refused service yet again and lied about their systems being shut down.
My entire household is seriously considering canceling our contracts after this! 0/5 Get it together!!!

Randy went above and beyond to not only help me to seamlessly switch over to a new plan, but also to assist me in getting a new phone as well. At the end of the day I’ve got a brand new iPhone 13 and a phone plan that is significantly cheaper than what I was paying with freedom. Big thanks to Randy!

Upon arrival we met Nate, he was confident and gave us reassurance that we would be taken care of. To be honest we were concerned about the services at first and we were considering the purchase from elsewhere but Nate and his team have created a new faith in me for the brand and have found a loyal customer. This is the way to create and retain new business. Thanks again Nate for the amazing service.
