★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and knowledgeable staff. I called bell and they couldn’t help me change over to a corporate plan, didn’t even know that I was eligible for one. Went to the bell store and they couldn’t do it at the store and told me to call bell. Lol. I just did. Came to wireless wave and they did everything for me, knew more that the people on the phone. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend coming here. Nothing but good things to say about Manmeet and Gurbal. Thank you so much! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fabulous experience at the Guildford Mall with Manmeet. Being a senior citizen it is sometimes difficult setting up a new phone. He was knowledgeable, personable and exuded much patience with me. I highly recommend him. He also worked a great promotion for me so I could afford a new phone on a fixed income. I left feeling like a very valued customer. Manmeet needs to be commended as an employee! :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To start of, I am really happy and satisfied with their customer service and plans. I got 4 lines and 4 brand new phones S20Fe when they first came out at only $56 per phone and line tax included. Later on, I added another line with brand new phone s21 for the same price. I got the lines from Mr. Ali, he was real helpful and very professional. He cares about customer satisfaction more than getting deals.
Also, I went recently which is a year from getting the first 4 lines and asked them to help me install screen protectors which I bought from Amazon. Aarzoo and his coworker installed them for me with no cost and did a professional installment. A funny think is that I forgot the installing kit for my phone at there branch and I am positive they will give it back when I visit again. I'll update if I get back or not ?
