★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best place, they kept on giving me new times to pick up my phone (S8+) which was very fusterating. When I finally got my phone back they rushed gluing the back on and it kept falling off from the glue not being set and my finger print scanner was not working. I immediately took it back and luckily they fixed the scanner and put elastic bands around my phone so the glue could set. Although they were very nice about the entire situation I was not impressed by their work and how rushed things seemed to be even though they had my phone for over 24hrs. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hey guys, Now I want to mention the person that helped me with my problem but I won't say unless the person doesn't mind. I originally wanted to go to another phone repair shop outside of Guildford Town Center but I ended up thinking that it was in the mall itself.
So I talked to the person repairing the phone and he quoted me quite a high price to be honest. Don't get me wrong though this is a positive post. Now this is my very very first experience getting my phone repaired. My knowledge of pricing is beyond me but arguably it was around 1/3 to 1/2 the price of the retail price of the phone. Once I gave the phone for repair and went home I ended up realizing this was not the original repair shop I wanted to go to. I was a little worried as the reviews were half 1 star and half 5 stars. I just ended up waiting and tried not to think about it.
My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S7 and it flickered like no tomorrow. After the repair person got it fixed I was absolutely surprised the quality and speed of the repair. I got the phone repaired on the same day I brought it in. The only nick picky problem that I had was there was a little bit of glue on the sides of my phone. I just scraped it off with my fingernail. The repair person even changed the frame free for me too and we have not even discussed about it. 5 stars for the repair but 3.5 stars for the price 4 stars for the service. Overall average around 4 Stars.
Just wanted to add something for the non-believers. I cannot confirm this personally but I told the repair person that I have found out about the bad google reviews and the repair person told me that management has changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought in my phone for repair of the broken front screen of my son's s8 samsung. They replaced the broken screen but left the back part of the phone damaged and is coming undone for the glue they used was not dry enough and too thick, I went back to complain just few minutes after I left but there was a different staff already and was asking me to go back there again after an hour as the staff was on a break. It's not a good repair shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my Samsung Galaxy S7 screen repair from them. I have shopped from a few other places, their price was the best. Although they say it will only take an hour to fix it but at the end it took an hour and 15 minutes, I guess cause the store was busy so that's why it took a little bit longer. They honoured me a free screen protector for the extra time waiting, so I will definitely recommend this place to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place for your cell phone repair needs. Went to 2 other places before coming to Cellicon because my phone screen was broken. The other 2 places quoted me a price for fixing my screen. I went to Cellicon and then found out that my screen was actually not broken, and I just have to replace a screen protector. The guy there at Cellicon was honest and very helpful. I will definitely go back to them if I need anything in future for my phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to give this place a 5 stars because these guys are just great. Although I did not purchase anything from them but the service that they have provided are just AWESOME. My phone got ran over from my car and I was seeing if it is still possible to have it repaired so I went to Cellicon and they spent almost an hour to try to repair my phone, although at the end they weren't able to repair my phone because apparently the motherboard is damaged, they didn't ask me to pay for anything, not even the time they have spent. They were very nice and they even apologize they couldn't help with this matter. Best customer service ever!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my iPhone repair at the Cellicon Store at Guildford Town Center. I was very happy with their service, very polite and friendly. They fixed my screen within 20 minutes and now my phone is working like a brand new phone again, price were reasonable, they even offer price match. I will definitely recommended this place to my family and friends. Good job guys, keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever and they have horrible customer service. I paid $275 to fix my Samsung s8 screen, got it back and the phone had a bunch of other issues. Camera wasn't working properly, sound wasn't, and my cell connection kept dropping. Came back, the guy said he "fixed" it. Took it home and the same issues were happening. Went back and forth for 3 months to this store! Not once did the guy apologize to me for breaking my phone! 3 months later, he FINALLY offered to exchange it for another phone but I would have to pay the difference. I insisted that I shouldn't pay anything because they are the ones who broke my phone, so they gave it to me and only once did he say sorry for the horrible service. Worst customer service I've ever had anywhere. Wouldn't recommend this store to anyone and I'm thinking of speaking to a higher manager to complain because this was horrible.
