I had a cracked iphone, and unfortunately when he attempted to fix it the first try, it was a defective screen. He stayed after hours to help solve the issue, and even delivered the product after receiving a new screen from another WW location. Over and above customer service!

They had the phone that I wanted, The sales rep Sheena had help me with the process of changing to a new phone and on top of that has given me all the benefits of the type of plan I should have. Great customer service and amazing staff.
