★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I came here a worker named Ritu, Helped us alot and and we came here today and yesterday and we saw her and she came to us straight away, she helped us right away. The rest of the staff is also kind and helpful!
The store is clean, big, organized very well, and the electronics were priced at a good price. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in wanting to buy the Samsung Galaxy 22+ outright and was told by the sales associate that is not possible, and the phone can only be purchased with a carrier plan.
You tell me what is wrong with the picture. POS Sales Associate, you know who you are. Picked up phone at downtown store with no issues. Thats Surrey for ya !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never buy any kind of warranty plans from best buy. I a person is no longer using any kind of device and want to cancel that fees , the customer service said you have for double amount of the billing as a cancellation fees. Why a customer pay free for anything when i am not using their services. Although, the customer support said they can’t do anything, nice reason instead of giving any solution. Bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great time at Best Buy Surrey Central. A girl named Yashsavi helped me a lot patiently explaining me about the phone plans. She was friendly and had good knowledge. I had no clue about phone plans before. I got a good deal and overall it was a good experience.

Had no issues, it was brought directly to my car after parking and checking in online. Easy and quick process. Staff member was friendly. Had a good experience with Best Buy - Surrey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I was Best Buy to get a new phone. I really appreciate Vincent and Koodo representative, they found a very good promotion for the iPhone 11. I paid substantially less than what I would have if not for the promotions. I am super happy and satisfied with the service I got from both.
