Very bad customer service. So many hidden conditions. False promises. I order stuff online and my order is over due I picked up my stuff on 17 November and I asked the lady if I need to return she said you passed your order over due but don't worry you picked up late so if you need to retune just mentioned that you picked up you order on 17th November. I went to store after three days to retune some items and the lady at cash she refused to retune the items and she was very rude. She told me come back again and talk to the same person who promised you. she is not working today. the day that person who told me I can retuned the items. very very bad service. that staff member should kicked out from that position.

Alwyz the best stuff..!!! My favrt store.. I dont know thr name of girl working there but she was so kind and helpful … i went on Friday in store… Some people really have best customer service skills!!

One of my favorite clothing stores. Reasonably priced and they have sale throughout the year. Beautiful prints and shades.

I am a Suzy Shier customer for about of a couple of decades now, and always I had a very good experience every time. I shop at Suzy Shier every where, but majorly at the unit in Central City Mall, Surrey BC. For the last two Mondays I went to this unit, I experienced a very bad customer service. I was in the line up for 10 minutes and the lady in the first till was helping another customer and she was taking way much time to serve that customer. So, I asked another lady in the second till who was doing nothing, to serve me, since mine was quick with only just 2 items to buy. But she told 'No' you need to wait for the lady in the first till. After waiting for another 5 minutes, the lady in the first till asked me whether I am ready, though she knew very well that I was waiting there to pay for the last 15 minutes. Both employees who were on 22nd Monday at around 1.00 pm were very rude, partial, discriminatory and racial (nicely talking to some and not talking to me). These 2 employees have shattered my nice impression about Suzy Shier I have been having all along for the last 15 years or so. Retail garment industry is highly competitive and having employees with such traits will not only bring down the business but also will result in closure of this unit. I wanted to give minus 5 stars but since I couldn't, I ended up giving a single star. Please read my rating as minus 5 stars!

Quite frankly . I don’t know how this store is still open during these competitive retail times . Bad business managent. Zero training going on obviously . I mean ,I consistently see the same people . Why do they still not know how to do thier job?Four people standing at the cash register ignoring customers . Finally I got fed up and asked for a size and the girl yelled from the cash she didn’t have the size and not one of her co workers offered to come to my aid . I’ll never be back . Get it together , and also - your store is looking more and more like a discount warehouse .

Bad customer service! I purchased few items, I went back to return them with tags still attached with receipt. The manager refused to return my items, she told me I can only have store credit. I told her I was never told about that policy when I purchased. She looked at me and basically rolled her eyes. I will never shop there again. Now I have store credit which will ba waste of my money. Staff needs to trained properly!

I've been going to Suzy Shier for years now, it's always hit or miss, but this time it was a hit. Great offers/ discounts and the store was well stocked. Got some really nice blouses, great fabric and style actually, for the price of a Walmart t-shirt each. And the girls in the store were so nice and with a smile and a good word for anyone - hats off to them, at the end of a Saturday work day, with the holidays shopping in full swing.
