I was ready to drop $600 if someone was willing to ask if I needed help.
A lose, lose situation for them.... bad review with $600 less on their till.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better than the Nike store with the shoes I wanted the service I expected from Nike but never got and cheaper than I could find anywhere else. They closed the doors for the day but let me in and still gave exceptional service even though I was holding them up from going home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They should give a commission to "Some" of their shoe representatives and lead them with comfortable sales tactics. I would like to support them more if they helped out their little guys. Its a great store !! Awesome selection. The price is average not good deals ... thats why I believe they could afford to give incentives to their valued employees help drive sales and give them a strong sales foundation something good to have on the resume which would also boast Foot lockers name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them 5 times no one answered the call. When I visited the store shortly after there were 4 staff members and a manager in the back. I was visiting for getting a replacement for defective Nike pants was told to go to location where I bought it from and denied a store credit or replacement. Moreover was laughed at by a staff member while leaving.
