★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surrey store is soo bad experience 2 Punjabi’s lady’s I think both of sisters one is manager 2nd assistant manager 2 nd manager soo rood and attitude i m 3 times signup for billing.she is not waiting 5 min for 61cent my bill is 150.61 $ soo dont go there store I m wait 3 times singup she is not valued my time my small kids soo upset and my family she lady not for ok company ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Returned a pair of shoes and only exchanged a few words with the lady working here. She didn't ask me why I'm returning them or anything.
I've said this before and I will continue saying it lol, customer service is important to me whenever I go somewhere. Not sure if maybe she was having a bad day or something but the service I received while returning a pair of shoes here was poor.
I do like the DWS/SW/SC shoe stores though. usually get good deals on a pair of shoes, and they usually have a big variety of shoes to choose from /look at.

I had to wait for awhile to find I was looking for. Good place to try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service here was so bad it was almost comical. I asked the sales associate some valid questions about sizes and stock and she gave me very rude and short answers, when leaving the store I told her to have a great day and she literally responded with "yep". I understand that working in Surrey central mall is probably not ideal given the area. But if I were to act like this at my job I would be fired on the spot. Where is the standards with this company?? The only reason I bought something is because I had to, if not I would have left right away after talking to that woman

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had lots of fun checking out the runningshoe selection. Prices were competitive and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The store manager greeted us upon entering and was helpful in verifying that the shoes we were looking at were not waterproof. She also offered to find hiking boots in our size and have them delivered when they didn't have it in stock at the store.

We had a great shopping experience ,thanks to her. She took the time to fit my son properly and offered some great options for us to choose from and was very patient and friendly to kids. Got my son feet measured .
they have great associates that are very knowledgeable and helpful. they have good sales and clearance sections. As a long-time customer I would definitely recommend this store, their costumer service deserve 5*
