★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely great customer support. My daughter wanted to buy a pair of cleats, she had a pair in mind. But the owner of the store got her to try 4 different pairs, found a perfect fit. This is one time I felt, brick and mortar still has a place. The person at the store is also very knowledgeable about the products he sells. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting my son's soccer cleats from here for over 5 years now, and we wouldn't go anywhere else! The service is always excellent, they have a good selection of styles and their prices are decent and there's always some offer you can take advantage of. The owner (I assume he's the owner) is very friendly and knowledgeable, as is his staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in today and approached older man the owner for his expertise advice of soccer boots to use on soft wet field as I’ve purchased from this store in the past. Said anyone boots are good, generalized my specific question, dismissive and walks away.
Made verbal complaint to his staff, owner came back out, expressed my thoughts of him just walking about. He stated he had to call his 84 yr old dad.
Told him he doesn’t have to be rude and walk out as I was reaching out for his soccer boots expertise. I also told him I get your concern about your dad, I’m a nurse working for Fraserhealth.
He just simply waved me out.
So I left the store. Horrible service. You could have simply say “please excuse me as I need to take this call. My staff will help you.”
That would have been good customer service. You can do better!
