I just used print service here, and there was no paper for printing! And I asked the staff, and the staff said β€œask other workers”. And, I spent money for waiting, but the staff didn’t even apologize. Do you guys need to learn how to say sorry?

Went in for the first time. Needing much help on how I can print off an application for a place to live from my email or phone. I am so unfamiliar with staples and their system and not the best with computers. The young lady I spoke to was very kind. The an older woman cut her off and threw down a pieces of paper and said help yourself. We can't help you basically it's their policy cause of covid. I was so upset by how she spoke to me . she wasn't polite at all.nad already being under alot of stress on the fact of trying to find a place to live. Didn't hhelp.went to the guildford library and a wonderful lady helped me with qll my needs no problem

I highly recommend you don't go here to print or scan anything. For scanning they charge by the minute and their systems are slow so be prepared to spend over $5 just to scan 2 or 3 pages.

I had the pleasure of making the aquaintance of the Staple's staff at this location. Mike the manager runs an efficient and proactive team and I was really impressed by their interpersonal skills and hard working ethics. It was evident that Mike only hires exemplary leaders and that he invests in customer care. I had the privilege of meeting Heather who was inundated yet took the time to establish a rapport with me. Zoe went out of her way to google a fax number that went beyond her job description. Halima was humble and sweet and assisted me with making photocopies and faxing documents. Mehab was kind, receptive and friendy. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for high standards and professional service!

One of the most stupidest stores i have seen. I needed to do a small 5x7 print only 1 copy. Said I have to place an order online and wait time is one hour. The store Coquitlam does it in seconds but the only problem is travel. Now I gotta waste my money on gas for $2 print.

Staples is always consistent. I always find what I need quickly, have a selection of items and what I am looking for is always in stock. For my business needs it is definitely a one-stop shop.

Copy Centre staff need more training in customer service. The staff member behind the counter ignored me while working at the laminator on back counter and then got another staff member to help someone in the self serve area who asked for help after I arrived before finally acknowledging me. When I asked to purchase nicer paper for use in the self serve machines I was told that I couldn’t do that which I know is a lie because I have done it at other locations many times before. Definitely will not be visiting this location again.

I am incredibly frustrated with my most recent experience at the staples on 10136 King George Blvd, Surrey. I had been printing documents for almost an hour, and I had stumbled on a roadblock I was unsure of. I understood I required assistance and reached out to David, who was located behind the counter and the closest employee I could find. As you can see on camera, at around 6:45 pm on Monday, January 31st, I had attempted multiple times to grab David's attention. He elected to ignore me as I feel that he thinks someone in his General Manager role is only a position of overseeing and infrequent instances of customer service. It is frustrating to see David showing a lack of leadership in front of other team members. He represents a company based on excellent customer service, and his lack of display concerns the staff's growth. It is frustrating to see a man of his age failing to execute a simple customer interaction as David could have just acknowledged me and allocated my requests to one of his staff members. I want nothing done to David, nor do I want anything in return; he needs to understand that someone in his position of power and influence goes beyond his roles and responsibilities. David's every move and action will always be on display, and that is where his discipline and leadership need to stick out most. I am only providing feedback as I hate to see another General Manager think that overseeing is the only responsibility one has when in that role. Now with every feedback, there is some self-reflection. I apologize for swearing and showing my frustrations when I couldn't get a hold of David. He handled the situation well and deescalated the process with great poise, and used the resources accordingly to escort me out of the building. He did not make a scene or provoke me, which is fantastic management skills. Furthermore, I hope David takes this feedback, as this could have been easily avoided. I am not the type to discourage anyone's social reputation as I know how challenging it is to change ratings on google reviews; however, my guest experience was a one.
