★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although there was a line up for the FedEx Services on the day I visited, we were helped quickly and I didnt have to wait long at all.
I enjoyed the pleasent attitude of the behind the counter worker. She was knowledgeable and got me back on the road feeling satisfied my needs were met.
I will use this authorized FexEx location again and will mention to my friends and family my good experience.
Also having their business inside of Staples is nice and I was able to grab some home office supplies at the same time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FedEx cheats on customers by giving false promises on expedited delivery and charge premium for it and then they don’t deliver on time.
Avoid Fedex at any cost. I had urgent delivery requirement for international shipment. UPS and DHL quoted me 110 CAD with Friday delivery commitment but FedEx gave me quote of Thursday delivery at 175 CAD. I went with FedEx And the parcel is not even showing delivery possibility by Saturday,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had one of my packages redirected to this ShipCentre as I wasn’t home to receive it. I think they may have missed scanning my package because I never received a notification that it was there, nor was the tracking page updated. I called the main FedEx customer service line who confirmed it was there for me but when I called this ShipCentre itself, they said they didn’t have it. Now it’s being sent back to sender. Please make sure you scan your packages properly!
