β β β β β Why this store location doesnβt have a store phone number ? DHL service is really bad. They never deliver the package to an apartment. Reasons provided for not delivering the package is always incorrect.

β β β β β As indicated from other posts. We have been at home, but the driver indicates there is not response. Despite of contacting customer service online, there is not solution. I hope DHL Managers can correct this anomalies in the future.

β β β β β Went here to pick up a package. Just one person at the counter so the line moved slowly.
Masks are required. If you come without a mask, masks and sanitizer are available for customer use. Markers for social distancing. Plexiglass at counters.

β β β β β the worst delivery company ever hard to reach them i ordered somnething from the states and paid so much in shipment and they still want to charge me more money on top of that and whats worse is trying to get in touch with a customer representative is hard, noone answers you just keep on listening to an automated message am suprised that they have great reviews absolutely the WORST

β β β β β Everyone was home for the whole entire day and I received a message that there was no response. I also arranged a day for a delivery after that and they said that it will get delivered by the end of the day of it never did get delivered. I changed the delivery date after that to Jan. 7th and it still didnβt get delivered ? it didnβt only happened to me. It happened to my friends too. It was supposed to be delivered by Jan 3. but it is Jan 7th right now at the end of the day and is still not delivered

β β β β β I asked for bag because the parcel is quite big and heavy. I'm not sure the box is clean or not during covid19, but the three male at the front desk laughed and told me they do not have any bags in a "professional shipping company". They have quite a large space but I do not sense any friendlinessγI think my request is quite reasonable but no one offered help, they just staring at me and looks at me like if I'm the clown. They not even want to walk into the storage try to find one single bag, I had to hold that heavy parcel and went to T&T get one. Sorry but this is my first time using dhl, and also the last timeγ
