★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly guy, but poor service. If you ask for an explanation he gets agitated. Did not fully explain all the pages. Just an overview, wants you to sign and get out. . I had to call back and get more explanation from his office. Did 2 properties with him. Not anymore.
