I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STAR.
first of all i never go on to write a negative review but this business made me one to con other buyers.
when to get a Jordan case for my husbands iphone and the asian guy told me its $35 saying its original.
When i bought it home to my husband he laughed at me and said that this is fake as jordan doesnt make any cases of their own which i was unaware when i purchased it.
I was so mad coz he made me look like a fool in front of my husband for giving him a fake in name of genuine.
Next day i went back to get my refund as i paid exponentially high price for a fake case which was sold to me saying genuine. He just lied and said he never said its original.
This guy is complete LIAR and fraud. i wonder how mall is promote such tenants on their property who are doing such ILLEGAL and UNETHICAL business practice as if its not a mall but NIGHT MARKET.
I told him that i will complain to mall customer service and he didnt even bother and asked me to do whatever i want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A true 1 star. I took my phone here to get the LCD replaced ($246). I specifically asked if it isn't working correctly, will they warranty their work. 2 days later, it was showing symptoms of the same issue. I took it back to them, asking them to check to make sure that the installation was done correctly. They refused, didn't honour their warranty and blamed me, even though the screen still looks brand new. Stay far, far away from these shady mall stands. Cough up the extra few dollars to have an authorized, reputable company do the work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even 1 star is a lot for them but unfortunately there’s no less. I took my daughter’s iPad mini to them they told me it will cost $100 to repair the wifi cause it wasn’t picking the network.
After a week, they texted me and told me it’s ready and fixed. I went for pickup found same issues, the wifi wasn’t working.
I gave it back to them they lied to me again and told me we will call or text you in couple days. They didn’t call or text for more that 10 days until I went to them and asked for the iPad. It was there in the drawer neglected. They even didn’t call me and told that they couldn’t fix it they just ignored me!
Stay away from them they know nothing about repairing iPhones and iPads. Plus, their prices are higher than other booths in Guildford mall normally $10 more for smart phones and iPad cases or for changing the screen protector!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a screen protector, it got a bubble in it by the end of the day. When I brought it back the same day, the lady just stuck it down with tape instead of replacing. It broke the next day and they not only charged me full price to replace it but also tried to charge me more than I paid last time. Very unprofessional and bad service. Would not recommend. 0/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was terrible. I got my screen fixed a couple of months ago from here and thought that it was great place. Well, fast forward to the end of the year, I decided to go back and get my battery replaced as well and a couple of weeks later,I noticed a screen bleed. I also noticed they didn't seal the screen on properly but I didn't mind. I took it back before 14 days and they said they couldn't do anything about it and refused/ argued unless I paid. I was absolutely furious. When I showed them, they said that if it was their fault, I would have noticed it right from the moment I took it home. But a screen bleed would take a few days to be noticeable as it takes time to grow. I don't recommend this place at all. Save your money for a new phone because you'd end up wasting more money on getting it cheaply fixed here. If I could give negative stars, I would.
