h	huda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a regular customer for London Drug until having this. Ad experience with one of the sales men called Armaan M as shown on my receipt. I needed samsung tablet for our work urgent.Went to this store at 8 am. Got one as Armaan told me brand new( notice for the manager:no discount and orginal price?)When I went home it was having Gmail and locked for someone. They returned my money but he kept arguing that he told me it is open box and tried to convince me that he can remove the account from it. I needed a new tablet, if I wanted a used one I could go to market place and get cheaper. The weirdest thing that I asked him if this is the used one’s price what is the brand new? He told me simply: The same? They refunded my money thankfully, but I wasted my time and got disturbed too from the argument itself. We have a business and totally recognize that keeping the regular customer satisfied is the most important thing ever in any business.

Trish W at the counter was incredibly kind and helpful, helped me get everything I needed and made the whole experience very pleasant.

Mike you are a great manager & I appreciate you treating me like a human & not an inconvenience like Trisha did!!

Alexandra kindly answered all the questions I had about the process. Fuji took time and great care to take good photos for us. I really appreciated his help. Leslie and Joven were very nice too. Thank you to everyone on the photo team for your wonderful service today :)

E	Eli Bau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had some photo enlargements done recently (Guildford Mall store). When I checked the prints, they were dark and the colors were off. I went back and Jaspal the Photolab manager was the one who dealt with me. He was very helpful from the very beginning. He explains things properly but also does not make excuses. He said he will personally correct the situation -- and he did. He called me the next day telling me that the prints are done. The new prints were way better and you can tell that extra work had been done to make the prints look excellent. What a great customer service! I will not go anywhere else because of this experience. Their photolab is highly recommended! Thanks again!

Unfortunately I didn't know the product number and purchased the wrong shade. They next day I went back. This time I brought my empty bottle, hoping to exchange the item I had purchased, for the correct item. After searching, I grabbed 2 and decided to ask the young lady at the cosmetics counter her opinion. This is when I met Angelina. I explained my situation and showed her my 2 picks and the empty bottle. She explained to me that one of my picks was close in color, but was the wrong undertone. Then she came up with the brilliant plan to scan my old bottle. Once she did, she found me my exact shade. During my interaction with Angelina, she was attentive, sincere, and engaging. I have been a manager in a retail setting for over 24 years. I know the struggles of finding a good fit to represent a company or brand. I was so impressed by Angelina's customer service, product knowledge and engagement. This one is definitely a keeper London Drugs. Thank you Angelina for your help and your genuineness. You are such a lovely young lady and I'm sure you have a bright future ahead ?
M	Malika A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big shout out to the photo department. I started shooting film a few months ago and was completely clueless on how the medium works. The employees at the photo lab taught me all the basics of film! Their development times are also fantastic. Whenever I drop off a role I usually receive my scans within the same day! I will warn you, it’s very expensive to develop with them. It’s worth it for the convenience, but I’m sure you could find cheaper prices at a photography store.
