β β β β β Bought $125 worth of chocolate and they still felt the need to charge me $0.25 for a bag. I'm already buying your over priced chocolate you don't need to nickle and dime me over a bag. I wouldn't have been able to carry it out without a bag. If it wasn't a gift and hadn't just waited 10 mins in line I would have just walked out and let you keep your bag.

β β β β β My kids always get sad and disappointed when the white guy guy and the manager scoops ice cream for them. They always give the smallest serving possible and is not just worth the price! But the Indian ladies and the Chinese guys always give a decent right amount of ice cream. I hope those 2 get retrained they just take away smiles from the kids!

β β β β β Went to this location to get an anniversary gift for the special lady. The manager Sherry offered assistance and let me know they did customer boxes for the same price as the package I was getting. We went through their whole selection in the display case/chocolate bar there, and I was able to get chocolate I know we would both live as opposed to being surprised. Sherry made the experience very enjoyable and knew about every piece. Very satisfied! It was a pleasure.

β β β β β The brown girls and Chinese boy are super nice on ice cream and my kids loved there sizes for ice cream! Staff is great and so is the ice cream

β β β β β I would rate this place a 0 star rating if I could. The girls here have the worst attitude ever, especially the blonde girl. So rude for no reason whatsoever. Youβll never see me recommending this location to ANYONE. The chocolate was sweet and delicious as all the other locations though, just the staffs were bitter ?. Iβm definitely buying from Rocky Mountain, their staffs and chocolates are better anyways ??ββοΈ.

β β β β β Fed up with how deceptive Purdyβs is. No price list for ice cream anywhere. The associate, Tristian offered up-charge options (type of cone, toppings) without disclosing the extra costs. I had the foresight to ask if the fancy cones was more and declined when he said yes.
They used to do one free topping last time I bought an ice cream cone from Purdyβs. When he asked me what topping I wanted I was working from that assumption. Then he rings it up and the cost was $6 for 1 scoop that was pathetically small. I see that he charged me a dollar for an extra topping. The receipt even reads like that: βextraβ topping. I told him I thought it was free but I wasnβt going to fight it. Tristian was completely apathetic β just another dispassionate worker who couldnβt care less about the customer β let alone be a honest person who tells people when something is an extra charge and what the charge may be. Bad business. Never returning to another Purdyβs.
P.S. I also learned that they raised their prices at the start of this year.
