★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought an item at Queensborough location and I did not receive my purchased item. I called and they said J can pick it up at Guilford location, this location they are making so much fuss!! Its just freaking less than $6 and Guildford La Vie En Rose wanted me to drive all the way to Queensborough location to pick it up instead!!! First it is not my fault that they did not place my purchased item on my shopping bag. I live at guildford area and it happened that we are at Queensborough yesterday at 6 pm then decided to buy my personal stuff in there. This is a horrible situation!!!! The lady at Guildford location saying they cannot do it, (give my purchased Item) !!! I would never buy personal Item in here ever again! Customer service here is so poor!!! Not a customer centred!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge line and only a tiny handful of people allowed inside the store. I understand that there are covid protocols that need to be in place but for such a huge store I think it's a little ridiculous. Only 10 people at a time. Stood staring at a huge empty section of the store which is where I needed to make my selection. Then faced with another huge line to make my purchase. If this store wasn't my only option and a necessary stop for me today I would have never shopped here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here on Sunday, June 23rd around 12:40pm to try on sleepwear - they had great sales and a great selection. I left the for sure no's in the dressing room and carried a tank top and shorts out with me because I wasn't sure if I wanted them or not. I then decided no and left them ON A SHELF.
My fiance, younger sister, and myself left the store. No sooner had we left was a shorter, curvier girl with long dyed blonde hair with dark roots chasing us outside the store, saying that she didn't have all my items in the changing room. I told her they were back on the shelf. She said you have to come show me. I said no I don't - I didn't do anything wrong. The three of us even opened our bags but we were running late to go and see a movie!
She continued to insist that we were not allowed to leave the store and threatened to call security on us! I was humiliated and so offended - I had done nothing wrong and she was making me feel like a criminal. Finally I walked back into the store and showed her where the two piece was - in plain view on the shelf.
I won't be shopping here again, and I will be complaining to corporate. I know my rights as a consumer, and I know that she is not allowed to stop people - she was not loss prevention but a regular sales associate. The entire situation was humiliating and not to mention unnecessary. In two seconds she would have found the sleepwear on her own.
I'll be submitting an official complaint, but I wanted to post this while it was fresh in my mind.
Edit: this was Mani, the assistant store manager. My fiance went back to get her name for when we call corporate. The sales associate he spoke to also did not agree with how she handled the situation and apologized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a horrible experience with the two women working at La Vien Rose in Guildford Mall. First we were being watched in the store, even after we told the lady we don't need any help. My friend wanted to try some clothes on and I asked if I could be by her dressing room and they said no, I couldn't even be near the dressing room's door. Then my friend over heard that employee making fun of my friend for asking if I could be in the dressing room. While my friend was trying on the clothes I was carrying her 8 month old baby who spat up milk, I offered to clean it up while carrying the baby and instead of offering help I was told I left a spot. Also, when I was trying out swimwear I was asked if I had my underpants on, I felt offended by her asking me this because I don't think she would have asked other or every customer. After this horrible experience I will never be shopping there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really NOT interested in being followed to the extent the woman is standing right beside me I get there are people stealing around Christmas but you made me feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE I couldn't even stay in the store you walk into me twice PRETENDING to be walking my way just to turn around and do it again now I come EVERY YEAR to this location For my wife's gifts and the odd time threw the year but I'll say this i will NEVER COME BACK AGAIN

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. The saleswoman was so rude and showing an attitude. She is a skinny brown girl. She must know how to speak with a customer. How to handle their problem. It’s a really bad experience there. Never came back to this location. When I left them they laugh at my back. That type of person is not allowed to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible shopping experience, it’s my first time visit this store in GTC, asked a sales who wears black outfit with black scarf around her head , about the discount item, she simply said “no” in a very rude way then walked away, not waiting for me to ask a follow up question. Will not go back again and won’t recommend anyone to go.
