★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employee gave us a look up and down and said “We don’t carry your band size in store.” I get that not all clothing stores can carry every size but there are much more tactful ways to tell a customer that information instead of making them feel ashamed. Hate this store and will never give it another chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my gf into this location and she we were both overly impressed with the high level of quality products and service we received. The staff were friendly and the products looked hot on my gf. She bought the best looking bathing suit I've ever had the pleasure of seeing her wear and black classy lingerie that supports her perfectly with comfort as well. The staff fit her and measured her well and were very attentive and professional. I will definitely be treating my lady here again and she will certainly be shopping her for herself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been wearing change bras for 10 years now. I had the worst experience with the new manager at guilford. She gave tight bras to my daughter and did not bother to listen to us. Very unprofessional and rude. Her name is Dierde. Change make very good bras but I will never recommend this store again. She was so loud, my daughter felt terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sara at Guildford Change store made my day, or perhaps even a whole month! She patiently and gracefully showed me how to adjust bra straps so they dont fall off. A problem I used to have with all brands. She is the first ever sales person in this type of store that listened and addressed this issue so it's now solved. Thank you Sara!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really good experience buying swimwear and a bra. I am newly post partum and it isn’t easy to find things for a changing body. Emily was so helpful! She definitely made me feel so comfortable with my choices. Hope the management is nice to her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an AMAZING experience with Sara today. I had been to three of the other major bra stores and was feeling very defeated. Sara was so patient and wonderful. She took the time to get me the correct size, great colours, and recommended styles that suited me. Cannot say enough positive things about Sara!!
