★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and light shopping floor. Shopping space is comfortable with music provided. Price is pretty good and reasonable. Employees are nice and friendly. Check out time is acceptable. Serve speed is fast. Credit cards acceptes. Fitting rooms and public restrooms are available. Free parking lot available in the front (plaza). Bus stops and WCE station nearby. Superstore located at the same plaza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful customer service. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and was unable to quickly look if they had an item still in stock before I drove 2 hours to the location. Hung up the phone and didn’t even let me finish what I was going to say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon paying for my items the young lady at the counter decided to peel off the only clearance sticker on any of my items. She then told me the "actually price" and said it was labeled wrong but wouldn't sell it to me as advertised. Then she got some other woman involved who clearly had no idea how retail works when I said that it is false advertising and you have to honor the clearance price, her response was "that's not how it works here". I then left and decided to call the management where a very kind woman told me they indeed should have honored the price and apologized for the incident. Overall the staff at the front counter don't know what they're doing, and the management has to pick up the pieces. Better training should be put in place.
