★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection and manager was polite. Only problem was they only have one till so 2 women bringing back shoes and it's was a good 15 min just to pay. Will go back definitely. Brand name and discount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service the store manager is a total biatch who will not return or exchange the shoes I bought only a few day prior and never worn outside. She refused to do a return! What kind of customer service this is ?!!! She needs to be removed and fired for her unbelievably poor treatment of customer and she's always on her phone texting instead of helping customer. Don't go to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful customer service at the store on 203 st and dewdney! My friend and I were waiting to purchase two pairs of shoes. Two women had us waiting to the side without telling us why while other customers paid ahead of us. We asked why we were waiting and they told us because they couldn't find the right box. They weren't kind, they completely ignored us and left us all confused. I am very disappointed. I can understand making mistakes but at least be polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in the other day and grabbed two pairs of runners ..walked in no one said anything, wandered around...no one said anything..selected shoes for myself and my husband, went up to the till, put my shoes on the counter, still not a word said to me as she rang up my order. Finally she opened the box of my husband's shoes and said these are nice. Didn't even tell me my total was...insert card at the bottom...and away I went! Great customer service and they were only open a half hour!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were friendly. I think the claims of discount % seem to exceed the actual discounts but I'm sure there's fine print I'm missing. Simple layout, fairly wide selection but doesn't seem to be as discounted as other discount stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a good experience here last week buying shoes. Although I wasn't greeted or spoke to for about 15 mins, I was ok with that. When I asked for an opinion, I got the help I needed. A lot of shoes I wanted to try on didn't have my size but I finally ended up with a couple pairs that fit. I love their rewards program and I found the employees very friendly.

Staff are knowledgeable and helpful (if you ask). Online ordering is great too - either pick up in store (try before you buy) or shipped to your home.

What was a frustrating situation with their customer service online and over the phone (now an overseas contact -thumbs down) was redeemed by an in person visit to the store. Thank you!
