They've even gone out of their way to help me find products that the stores doesn't carry elsewhere. It's always a pleasure stopping in here to shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today to purchase pet food and Christmas presents today and brought along my a Great Dane puppy. Neither of the staff acknowledged me at anytime while I was in the store. I had my 4 month old puppy and was carrying a 30lb bag of dog food to the counter while the young man just looked at me. Never offered to help or carry the food to my car.
Horrible service from staff December 7th @10:30am.
Never coming back.

Before I even got my dog (after my adoption application was approved) she was able to show me some of products that may be useful for the type of breed I was getting. Thank you Kyra! Ace is beyond happy with his puzzle board and its a daily success!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. Very impressed. Not only did I walk in and was given very attentive, helpful directions by both staff members who were instantly ready to help and not in a way that made me feel pressured. I have social anxiety so the approach they made only made me comfortable which is very rare.
Both sections I went to were very organized and had lots of selection.
Most impressive was definitely the customer service and just kindness that I received from Kyra. With everything going on in the world, I don’t leave a lot of stores feeling anything but frustrated or unwelcome.
I will never go anywhere else in future. Thanks for having such great staff and giving me a pair I’ve experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had their toys labelled with multiple prices for the same toy. When I showed them that it should be $6.99 I was given attitude and told that no it’s just a wrong tag and should be $7.99. There were multiple tags that said $6.99. I know it’s only a dollar but it’s the principle. They should be honouring whatever price they have listed and should never be giving a customer attitude about it. Also, he was originally going to help me out with my heavy litter bag but after my complaint he ignored me and the young teenage cashier girl had to do it.
