Lorna the store manager was amazing, the lady deserves a huge raise. I spent over $3,000.00 in less than a week. I purchased a dining room set, bed frame and mattress and about $500.00 worth of pictures, my bedroom drapes and shower curtain from that store. Lorna took very good care of me and went well above and beyond what's expected of her to satisfy my needs. The staff are friendly, helpful and curtious, the discounts I recieved all contributed to my decision to shop there again. Thanks Lorna for the great customer service. They went out their way to get me the product I was interested in quickly and at slight discount (damaged floor model). They were friendly and efficient and I left happy. It was very appreciated!
M	Megan Bell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this location this past Saturday and I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the amazing customer service from all the staff at this location. From the lovely lady who helped us find the desk and chair we were looking for to Rosa at the front cash who helped make arrangements for us to pickup the chair at this location and then pickup the desk from Coquitlam. The staff called Coquitlam and confirmed the desk was there and had them set it aside for quick and easy pickup when we arrived. Every single staff member went above and beyond to help us get these two items (which are a Christmas gift). It was efficient, with nothing but smiles and happiness which given the times we've seen the past while was a breath of fresh air! Kudos to the staff at this location!

Due to a mishap with the online stock on the website, we travelled from Chilliwack only to find what we were looking for was not actually in stock. Lorna went above and beyond to make us feel cared for and took necessary steps to make sure the next time we make a trip out, we leave the store with absolutely everything we had wanted that day.

I had been in the hospital quite ill and could barely look for a well needed mattress. Salesperson and manager went out of their way to make it easily happen for me . I'm still recovering from my illness and every moment I take to my bed I always thank JYSK for this wonderful mattress Thank you
L	Linley Subryan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After purchasing a Hale (Vejlby) sofa bed, getting it home and beginning to assemble it, my wife and I noticed damage that had happened to one of the pieces before we bought it. I put the piece back in the packaging as best as I could and called the store. Lorna, offered to refund the whole purchase or replace the damaged piece. I took it back to the store and she not only got me a replacement piece, but she gave me a store credit, as well. AND, John T, in receiving, opened the package on the replacement piece TO MAKE SURE it wasn't damaged before I took it home! SO glad to have a business make things right when something has gone wrong. Thank you Lorna and John T!!! Amazing service and friendly, helpful attitude is so refreshing!
