Knowledgeable and so helpful in explaining the product, because I actually bought it over the phone. I was nervous about that and she sent me all of the information and pictures! She knows her products and was very professional and caring through the whole process! If you need someone to sell you a bed ask for her , thank you Faranek you are fantastic!!! Love the bed, perfect !

When all sales reps were busy and even though I was fine to continue looking around, I appreciated that he not only aided me with options, he gave knowledgeable advisement to help me decide on the best recliner for whom I was shopping for. Best customer service and sales manner ever! For payment, he handed me over to his sales colleague, Fariba who was also a pleasure. Thank you, Matt and Fariba for a great Brick experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The delivery guys were horrible. It cost me $98 to get a $78 box spring delivered and then one guy just dragged it down my whole driveway as the bigger guy walked ahead with his clip board. Brutal service and I will never use the delivery service again, next time we will rent a truck. I'm currently trying to get my delivery fee back but no luck yet.
Update. I got my delivery fee back. But I still won’t use them again.

This time was overwhelming as we had gone to a few stores trying to see what was out there and within our budget. Nelly was delightful in her approach. She truly listened and asked great questions and ensured we got what we wanted at the best price possible. Even with the delays in shipping due to covid she kept up with our orders and ensured we were updated and even offered some changes if we wanted. I cannot say enough good things about Nelly and the team that went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you Nelly. Due to this great customer service, we have already referred friends to her and will continue to go to her for our next purchases.
