★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I pre messaged the owner about how I was quarantined and would not be able to legally make it into the store for a return under the 10 day return policy and asked if she could make an exception. She said it should be no problem but when coming into the store, she told me that because it was a gift, (we had a REGULAR receipt not a gift receipt) I am not eligible for a refund but only a gift card. My partner who bought the “gift” was with me during the return, with the same card he used to buy the items. He wasn’t told when buying the items that they wouldn’t be allowed to be refunded if they were considered a gift. When confronting her with the situation she responded in an extremely rude way saying “you’re lucky I’m even doing this for you at all” regarding giving me a gift card. Even if there was a miscommunication over messages, that’s no excuse to treat your customers poorly. I’m pretty shocked at the store owners behaviour and would tread lightly when shopping here.
