Good sales people that are knowledgable and not pushy. The delivery guys were awesome as well and very polite. They moved our old couch for us which was a huge help. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to say, how very happy we are with the items purchased and the top-notch customer service. Due to Covid-19, purchased everything online. Our sales person Diane, was superb! She helped me pick out color for our love-seat, rug to go with the love-seat colors (she helped picking the best size) along with my beautiful table lamp. Also purchased appliances from her. Finally a stove that works and bakes properly. Can't forget the washer and dryer.
We will only shop at Fuller Watson....and will always ask for Diane.

Our purchase experience was the best. No pressure, staff made suggestions that were not always the most expensive option but that met our criteria of matching style. Access to the store during COVID was very accommodating. Since then, we had 2 minor service calls. Very impressed with that experience and our issues were resolved quickly. Tech was knowledgeable, friendly, arrived on time etc. Would definitely purchase from Fuller Watson again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently purchased the most amazing bed ever. It's a raising type bed so its great for watching Netflix in bed. On top of that we ordered a solid wood table, bench and chairs. It's that weathered reclaimed look which we love.
We love the selection at this local place, the staff were really helpful and we're thrilled.

I called and spoke to Dave and he came by my house that day to check it out and had a new unit swapped in before the week was over. Couldn’t be happier with the service esp during a time of back orders and wait lists for everything. So happy with the product

After shopping around at various stores for the same furniture- there price was amazing. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.
