I submitted them my new banking information 4 days prior to my strata fee payment on the 1st and they accepted my new banking information but failed to tell me they require atleast 5 days notice before your payment to give them time to change everything. instead of telling me this when I gave them my new info they told me after and fined me $25 for a late strata payment. if they had simply told.me that rule I would have driven out to their office and paid them in cash for the 1st payment. I honestly dont understand how they are still up and running. they are the most useless people I have ever encountered
M	Mary Bay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst property management service ever. Very unprofessional and rude staff including company owners. Bunch of manipulators, always push things to go the way most convenient for them. They don’t care about their clients; all they care about is their licence. Every line in strata monthly financial statements has to be checked, by mistake they can easily charge you twice for the same thing or pay a bill that belongs to a different strata (and then inform you that your strata has deficit – ridiculous!). Our strata manager was not just useless – excellent manipulator, she used to distort most situations making things much easier for her and much more complicated for us. Strata council has to do everything otherwise nothing ever gets done or they would offer to spend insane amount of money with lots of unnecessary things included. When our building needed a minor repair they offered a quote around 100K stating “we have done research and this is the only way to go”. When owners found an alternative approach it turned out that all we actually needed could be done for 6K only! Outrageous! 0 stars. Stay away from this "service"!
I	Infinite Online on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, so the people in power in the company sound nice, but unless its an emergency, they wont do anything! We have had ongoing issues for more than half a year, and even at the strata meetings they show it as brought up, and approved! Yet it never gets done! EVER! They promise you everything and then just lie to your face saying it will be done tomorrow, or next week. Then 3 months later you are still waiting after numerous messages, emails and calls. I would stay far away from these guys, I have been with plenty of property management companies, but this one is by far the worst!
S	Sunny Wang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero stars. The people may be nice people, but that speaks little to the company's lack of professionalism and management. Complete waste of money our building spent for the lack of management. Requests would never see replies, or would take over one/two weeks (our new company replies within 24 hours). Our meeting agendas was basically a consistent repeat of prior items cause nothing ever got done. Items were left on agenda for over 8 months by FPM, but was able to be resolved within one by new management company. Would not recommend.
M	M Doby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible to deal with . They make promises to fix things and don't follow thru . The Director of the company is not helpful at all . My townhouse backyard had a broken gate for 6 years . But every Tuesday the walk thru the gate a know it doesn't close but never fix it. I have had no back yard for 3 year. It's hard packed dirt with large tree trunks that a about to start to lift my concrete deck . When I brought this to the Director attention he got very aggressive with me an told me it was the council responsibility. When I spoke to the condo presednt he said it was their job . Bottom line don't deal with these people they are horrible. Promised me I would have some dirt at least in my yard by end of March. Still waiting they have no plans to do it . They had 5 people in my back yard saying it would be done . Still is not ..
B	Blair Wilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a contractor and only do work for Property Management Companies. Fraser Properties ask you to come do repairs asap (which we did - same day). It has now been 6 months and I continually get the run around trying to collect on my invoice. They are disorganized, don't return calls or emails, ignore invoices and statements. Horrible to deal with. All the other management companies are great. Yes, some are slower to get invoices paid, but at least they communicate with you. Fraser Properties unfortunately is on my blacklist unless I get paid before service.

It is clear to me that they cares about their clients and that legitimate efforts are made to help residents. I would have no hesitation to recommend Fraser Property Management.
