★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at downtown Maple Ridge. Temporary street parking available, but limited. Waiting time is long (most of time). Serve speed is pretty slow. Employees are basically nice and friendly. Many small shops and dinning option nearby. Haney Place Mall and Maple Ridge City Hall in short driving distance.

Very efficient and offered me other options which really helped me out.Benaaz then sent me a congratulations on my new home and birthday card which was such a thoughtful touch!! Thank you so much guys ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While starting up a new business, I made a time-sensitive wire transfer, which is a transaction that normally takes about three business days. Two weeks passed, and the money hadn't gone through. I looked through the receipt and noticed that the person who made the transaction (M. Cheema) had been too absent-minded to type in the account number where the money was supposed to be going. I went back, they made an amendment, promised to call me back, and didn't. They said the money will likely reach in about 3 business days, however. Another week passed, the money still hadn't gone through. I escalated the issue to the Conflicts Resolution Office. Someone named Mary carried out an investigation, said the money should've reached its destination, and that she would email me the proof. She didn't. I'm still waiting for the money to go through. All aspects of my newly formed venture were ready, except for the part where BMO screwed up my transaction for this purchase. The level of incompetence and apathy that this bank has so skillfully perfected is appalling. I should've flown overseas to make the purchase in person, as that would've been faster, safer, and cheaper, considering the lost investment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go if you're in rush .. I usually go to deposit the business checks for my work. They don't have any separate counter for business accounts. Even if there is a big line up, they have tellers sitting at only 2-3( out of 6) counters. The tellers are super slow and spend way too much time chatting with the customers(inspite of the big line up).
Need to have a separate counter assigned for Business accounts and ability to work faster during busier hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch definitely does not align with the amazing customer service that I receive from BMO on a day to day basis.
Always a line up, only 1 or 2 tellers working. Also, the other day I was asked to go in and update my account and for them to report back to a specific person that this was done.
The teller did not know what to do and asked a colleague, who told her to take the information down and that they would do it later?
I left, called this week and was told that this was not done....

They have continually gone above and beyond with incredible customer service, specifically Laura who I have primarily dealt with. I have recommended everyone I know to consider switching to BMO because of my experience at this branch.
