staff were great, I felt at ease as soon as I walked through the door, they came through when I needed money and fast, same day service.

Great staff, great service, excellent policies and fair pricing; they were able to help us rapidly without extensive documentation or approval processes. We highly recommend their products and services.

Very disappointing service at this establishment, I’ll start from the beginning, I had been dealing with these guys for a couple months sending money to other countries for inventory for my store, I own one locally, and western union is the only way I can send payment to these certain people. After sending money numerous times, I get told yesterday morning I need to prove that I own a business if I wanto send money, even after talking with them about my business and location so many times before, I got frustrated and said howcome you need this info? I have never needed before, they responded and said it is required now. So I left and came back with legal government documentation to prove my business, and they still restricted me service. Saying they needed the actual registration papers, well what I had given them was my legal business # name and address and didn’t feel obliged to give personal banking info. For some reason the ego of these people was through the roof, so I left letting them know I would be leaving this review on google, I own a retail shop and deal with the public daily, these people where rude, condescending and out right not fit to work a job that deals with the public, sorry ladies but how you treated me yesterday was unacceptable. One even crossed her arms looked at me like I was a criminal and said “NO THIS IS WRONG THIS IS JUST WRONG”.... you have lost my business for life. Good bye. Also I will add there is a money mart 1 block away on the south side of the street heading west, they handled my western union payments with ease and perfect customer service ? highly recommend.

The staff are so friendly and helpful and nice. I also like the flexibility that is offered to me with my loan. Getting a reminder email and a phone call as well keeps it in my mind so I’m not accidentally late. Thank-you

I really love the ladies that work at this location. They are super inviting, friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. I have never had a negative experience here, especially like I have had at .. *cough* Money Mart... I have, and will keep continuing to recommend this place. Thank you :)

Life happens and so I came through your Maple Ridge door months ago. Life is my roller coaster and so I still come to see you, for now. The staff who help me have always been personable and thorough. I thank you for employeeing such caring and knowledgeable people.

All the staff welcomed me when I was in need. They helped me out very fast and very professional. The manager Carol is a wonderful lady and is the kindest person who I've met in a long time.

The ladies working in this branch are super helpful. They were able to help me when all others didn't. So grateful and thankful to Christie and her manager, Carol. You guys are awesome!
