While waiting to be seen I heard the anesthesiaologist and the lady at the front desk conspiring on how to get the most money from the patients... extremely unprofessional! I pretended to not hear them and I asked how much it cost to remove wisdom teeth? The lady at the front desk said easy extractions start at 175$ and the cost went up depending on how complicated the extraction then I went in talked to the doctor for 3 mins and was charged 175$ consultation fee... he said both my extractions were easy ones. Then I went out to discuss my cost they said it would be over 1000$... my jaw dropped I asked why it was so much she said one of mine was a complicated extraction. This was a lie I just talked with the doctor he said both were easy... then I realized they did the same to me that I heard them do to everyone else they lie to get the most money from patients... do not go to this office to get anything done unless you want to be lied to, treated poorly, and severely overcharged!!! If you have insurance they severely overcharge your insurance... and if you dont they dont care they will lie to you say it's a complicated extraction even when it's not just to take the most money they can from you... if I could give them zero stars I would
J	Jason Herald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to Ridge meadows Endodontics for a root canal. They fit me in within 2 days and I was in so much pain. Dr Simon Abbey did a consultation and saw how much pain I was in and fit me in later that day to relieve the pain and infection. I went back a few weeks later once the infection was gone and finished up the procedure. It was so painless and his staff was amazing. I would take a root canal over a filling any day.

The lady on the phones is extremely rude and does not accommodate to patients in pain. I have had a hole in my tooth for a month and all they care about is receiving their money not about the care of the patients. I have coverage and was not able to pay the difference up front until I got paid (1 day after the apt) and asked to get an invoice and to pay the next day. She told me that was not their policy and therefor it resulted in me cancelling an appointment I’ve waited weeks for. Now I’m still stuck with a hole in my tooth and extreme pain and back to square one. AVOID THIS PLACE unless you enjoy going to a place with rude reception & people that only care about getting their payment not the care of the patients.

As she is the first person of contact you should have someone pleasant and empathetic. The dental assistants were lovely ( Kay and Sheena). The procedure itself was long difficult and painful that has lasted a long time. I have asked my dentist to not refer to this place.

I had a pleasant experience from the beginning to end, The staff were very attentive and made me feel at ease. I only had to pay the portion that wasn't covered by my insurance, ( which was a huge help to me) , rather than paying all of it up front, like most specialist's offices do. I would definitely recommend this office if you need a root canal.

As soon as I walked through the door the lady at the front desk was kind and very helpful she went above and beyond to get me this appointment ASAP. I have seen both dentists here for a follow up and for the treatment. They were both very knowledgeable and gentle. I'm so impressed I definitely recommend this place for your root canal needs. They also take dental insurance and most places I called did not, so that's a bonus!
