Want to talk about disgusting customer service this is the place to come to. They can not do even the simple tasks and also they are only open to 5:00 on a Friday. You wonder how they stay in business, oh wait I know how they do it charge you large service fees and high lending rates and with the money that they invest for you they keep the majority of the profit even you loose money they still gain money.

Zero ! No customer service ! Made a BMO Mastercard payment with a Scotia Cheque at this branch. They never even tried to process the cheque, they screwed up, and tried to cover their mistake by saying the cheque was returned NSF. Scotiabank asked for the proof that the cheque was returned from my branch, as there was no record of the cheque ever hitting my Scotia branch. This BMO branch couldn't produce any, due to never even trying to process the cheque. Mastercard investigated and got the truth, they have fixed and credited me the NSF and interest charges, but this will most likely STILL affect my credit rating due to poorly trained, or lazy staff. Do yourself a favour and do not use this branch for any simple banking needs !!! I would not give this branch a single star if I could rate it like that ! Funny BMO has been trying to get more of my business too. I don't think so BMO !!!

Clean, nice, quiet floor without central air most of time (you will feel no fresh air). Always long waiting time with limited counters available. Employees' attitude is just ok, sometimes you may feel too push for selling their products. Serve speed is pretty slow. Free parking lot available in the front. Business hours is limited and short compares to other locations. No drive through option.

They have been wonderful and supportive to our family through all all financial needs, even when what was our regular bank wouldn't. They told us what we needed to do even though we only had a small account and in the end we switched over. They are definitely a community minded branch and staff

Unfortunately, most of the reviews on here are correct. The tellers are nice enough, but there are usually only 1 or 2 open, even if there are long lines, and they are slow, even for simple tasks. There are a lot of seniors who seem to like this location, and they LOVE to chit-chat. While you are in the line up, someone will come by trying to steer you to an ATM or ask if you use their mobile app. Fine, but when i'm in line for a reason, I need teller. Not sure why one of the more senior people can't just open up a teller window for a bit, help unclog the lineup, then close it down. THAT is customer service and being on the ball, and it's not hard. If this branch wasn't so convenient to where I live, I would say away. And yes, although banks make money pushing their products, when I've said "no" the last several times it should be on my file, and the teller should stop asking, or at least ask me less frequently. I've given them that feedback directly too. Next time, I call a manager/supervisor over. NOT complaining about the teller, they're just doing their job, but the way the bank is managed in terms of open windows vs lineups, etc, could be improved. 2/5.

I came to this branch because of an identity fraud incident. Everyone I encountered at the branch was very friendly and helpful, even though I was not even a BMO client. Even after the incident, I needed to follow up and get documentation on the issue. The assistant branch manager I spoke with, Ava, went out of her way to help me. I am so grateful for the help and support I received from the staff here.

The manager is very rude, only cares about her self, she treated me very poorly considering Iโ€™m a business client of theirs I would think twice about doing business here, or conducting business with the manger, rude, dishonest, acting shady for what ever reason, over for a really bad vibe from this lady. BMO Please make sure your hiring qualified people for the job, your manager is all over the place and waisted valuable time of mine and was nothing but rude, hope you can adress this problem. I have had a rather decent experience so far, ONLY at this location. I was in another location in Abbotsford and I have never had a worse experience in my life at ANY bank I have been to. But these folks changed my perspective and changed my experience around. Brandon specifically. He is now taking care of my business banking needs and I trust I am in good hands. If anything changes I will update this review. Keep it up Brandon!
