★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is it pretty and new? Yes. When you eventually get to one of the 3 tellers working during peak business deposit hours are they friendly? Also yes. Did you just spend half an hour waiting in line? Again, yes. I'm sure this branch could be great, if they would only have more tellers available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking not great. Used to have a business teller but closed it down. For a self employed business person to spend 30 minutes of the day in a bank line is too much. As others have mentioned the service is fine once you get to the front of the line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and light floor. ATM available inside. Sometimes need to wait for a bit. The employees are pretty nice and friendly. No public washrooms available (based on my experience). Parking lot available in the front. No drive through option available. Located at the corner of 203 street and Lougheed HWY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I visit people around me are complaining about how long they have to wait to process their transactions. I'm fairly patient as I plan lots of time to visit, though I can see how lineups running to the entrance during busy times can be handled better. At most 2-3 teller stations are being manned. Construction for additional stations seems wasted as they never have staff to accommodate busy times. At the old location they had more staff working the stations than they do at the new location, and for months now. The staff appears disheartened regularly by their workloads.
