★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found a brand new f350 posted on the internet, called and sent a 1000 deposit to sales guy. Drove down same day to test drive, and said I would buy it for asking price with no negotiation. 3 days later Recieved a call from finance saying I can't pay cash/bank draft and was turned down for finance with no reason given. Called to speak to finance manager and was spoken to very rudely and told "you can't afford this truck, if I sell it to you you won't be able to afford food and will have to eat the leather seats"... Excuse me? I said it's not your business if I can afford the truck or not I'm ready to pay cash. Now being told I can only lease this truck? Called back to speak with the general manager and was blown off/told I am trying to scam the dealership. I drove down to the dealership again(4 hours drive for me.) I was finally able to convince the gm that I am not a scam artist (by showing him my bank accounts.) They finally financed the truck to me at a rate 3% higher through a private bank even though I was approved for Ford finance at the lower rate. I have never been treated so disrespectful or rudely than by the finance team at this dealership. I bought the truck only because I needed a truck asap and had already wasted days dealing with this dealership. Sales guy was great but everyone else was seriously lacking in professionalism and respect. I am buying 100k $ truck and you treat me like this? I would avoid this dealer at all costs.

His knowledge of the product and his enthusiasm made for an enjoyable car buying experience. I am from Alberta working in BC and the insurance proved to be more than I could navigate at the moment. When I get back to Alberta I will be getting ahold of Ryan to hopefully finish this deal. I would whole heartedly recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a vehicle. Good job Ryan!

Did many changes to configuration of vehicle order. Always, followed up on request. Big difference in sales experience from this dealership to another.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time we have used this dealership. Our sales expert was Alham. He was amazing. We factory ordered our truck at end of September, picked up in February. He kept us in the loop of all updates on our truck. Whenever we talked, order of the truck and pick up, we never felt rushed.
Would definitely recommend his services to others who are shopping for a new vehicle.

West Coast Ford followed all protocols and made us feel welcome and safe.
No pushy sales reps here...just well informed staff ready to find the right vehicle for you. We were warmly served by the amazing Tessa. Huge shout out to Laura also for guiding us through the financial hoops.
We'll Definitely be back when we need to replace our other vehicle.
