β β β β β I have purchased my car from Maple Ridge Volkswagen two years ago and have been using their services since then. I have found their staff, especially Mr. James Franklin with whom I worked, supper friendly, knowledgeable and cooperative. He led me towards buying a car that best fits my needs and budget and I have had zero issues with it since then. He still remembers the details of our first meeting from two years ago. This, undoubtedly is being loyal to costumers which keeps costumers loyal too. ?

β β β β β So hard for me to change my review because when I first bought my car they were awesome. I took my car here to service up until my warranty ran out. The second my warranty ran out, they gave me an extra bill for 3000$ of things that needed to be fixed. Apparently, my oil was leaking and 'dumping oil' on my spark plugs and other things. This was a huge red flag to me because I never had oil stains in my car port. So, I took it to an independent car mechanic who had 5 star reviews near me. They stated NO oil leak and also that it was weird because the spark plugs were no where near where the oil would leak. He put a uv fluid into my oil to see where leak was and I returned 3 months later to check. Et voila, there was absolutely NO OIL LEAKS.
I called the manager and left a message twice to put in a complaint and no one called back.
So disappointed in this! I thought having a loyal 5 year relationship with them, I could trust them not to lie to me to make money but I guess I was wrong. Beware of this place after your warranty runs out.

β β β β β Great experience here. Kyle helped us tremendously and we had great conversation with him. We didn't leave with a creepy salesman vibe. Everyone was very attentive, even if it wasn't their sale, they helped their co-salesman and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Recommend these guys.

β β β β β I purchased a pre-owned a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado from them. I worked with Kyle Smeding as the salesperson. I bombarded him with endless questions regarding the vehicle and although this truck wasn't a VW, and if he didn't know the answer to my question he made the effort to find get the answer. I ended up picking up my truck a day early while they were short staffed. Kyle took it upon himself to help get the truck ready by helping detail it himself, over and above what I expected. Out of all the dealerships I had visited, I got the most for my trade at VW MR. Although the dealership is 70km from where I live, I would definitely deal with them again.

β β β β β Very happy with the team at Maple Ridge Volkswagen. Artur was an excellent sales representative and walked me through picking a new Atlas Cross Sport. He was extremely helpful and courteous throughout the transaction, which was especially appreciated as I was tired from running around between dealerships to find a vehicle that I could purchase and drive away with (hard with the global chip shortages). I would recommend visiting Artur at Maple Ridge VW. Tell him Jeremy sent you!

β β β β β Very friendly staff. Artur is a great guy! I bought a car from them when the banks are closed, and they allowe me to pay a thousand first, take the car home, and come back the next day to hand in the bank draft. Very transparent about the history of vehicles. Very straight forward when they give you the total price of the car. Vehicles are cleaned and fueled up when they hand it to you!

This has been the best dealership I have worked with and I cannot recommend them enough. For any vehicle purchases go to Artur and he will take good care of you!

β β β β β I purchased my first car as a Jetta 2014. Gotta say it was really worth the bucks, and the experience was outstanding. I knew Kyle as a friend during high school, and we just had a strong bond since then. He offered me with care and enthusiasm when it comes to what vehicle suits my needs the most. He did his research and knew what he was talking about. Further, Kyle followed up with me monthly, and offered me with services such winter tire changed for the vehicle, etc. I would definitely refer him to anyone that is looking or having inquiry for a vehicle. He is charismatic, friendly, and knows how to put a smile on your face at the end of the day, and I actually had referred many friends of mine to deal with Kyle, the expectation was fulfilled.
