Its been a journey trying to find a used vehicle these days and through Mark's help I was blessed to be able to find the perfect 2015 Rav4 for myself and my partner. My wife and I have purchased our third vehicle from West Coast Toyota within the last two years. Every-time we visit and make a purchase we are help by Laurie Shong.
Laurie is kind, friendly and his communication is great! Call, text or email and he responds pretty much immediately.
We placed an order for a 2021 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport Premium and went to the dealership a couple of days ago to pick to up and complete the purchase.
It was not planned to buy anything else but we ended up buying two cars that day, also a brand new 2022 Toyota Corolla XRS. Laurie was great with explaining all the features and benefits of both cars.
We would highly recommended West Coast Toyota and Laurie Shong.
Love our new 2021 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport Premium & 2022 Toyota Corolla XRS.
Will most definitely be back for another vehicle in the future.

I never felt pressured into any extra options and things were explained clearly to me every step of the way. When it came time for my first service it was quick and easy to set up a time to drop the car off, and the service staff was also very efficient. They also included a gas card for me as part of the service which was a nice surprise.
