Working with Evan Joo from the sales department was an absolute pleasure. Evan is extremely patient, responsive, and professional. Evan went above and beyond with answers to all our questions. He took time to follow up and make sure we're happy. Crystal from the finance team was also very patient, professional and made the paperwork a breeze.
This is a no hassle, low pressure and most importantly trustworthy dealership. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

He even priced matched with other dealers and got some extra perks too. Armani in finance was very professional and I never felt pressurized by them at any point. This is how you treat your customer and give them time to decide when they invest so much money on a car. 5 star service. Thank you for being patient with us and answering all our queries.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Michael and his team on the purchase of my 2022 Nissan Frontier. Michael was friendly, knowledgeable, and upmost professional. The ordering process was easy and the paperwork was accurate. There were no surprises, markups, or hidden fees.
I must praise West Coast Nissan for not adding dealership fees, especially during hard times. This little action speaks volumes for a dealership and shows their values to the customer who support them.
I highly recommend West Coast Nissan and will definitely be back for an electric vehicle in time!

Evan Joo was very patient, and provided excellent customer service, including sending me a customized video introduction of the car, answering all my questions patiently, arranging rides for me to the dealership, providing suggestions of future maintenance of the car, and willing to be contacted with any questions in the future. Other team members were also very nice, like Alex, Justin, and two other staff who provided rides for me. The price of this dealership is also very competitive with others, no documentation fee, no hidden fee. Overall, it was a very pleasant purchasing experience, and I really recommend it to people who want to purchase a Nissan car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second Pathfinder I purchased through West Coast Nissan. Wilson was great at helping me out and getting the new vehicle ordered. The extra options I ordered that the dealer installed were handled well ahead of the scheduled installation dates. All but one option were installed on the vehicle by the time I picked it up. Fantastic. Wilson and staff went over and above to get this done for me. Further, Wilson explained in detail all the functions on my new vehicle as we went over it on delivery day.
Crystal was very thorough and personable on explaining the different options for extended warranty and insurances.
All in all a good experience.

They are very clear and transparent with the sales, and have an amazing customer service and explanation of how everything works in detail.
They kept in touch with us towards all the sales and after sales as well.
We did lots of research around the market and definitely this was the place were we had the best price match plus the most professional people. Great atmosphere and we will definitely come back for future cars.
