★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Constant unsolicited phone calls from this business looking for us to "book your annual furnace servicing." We've never used them before, and are on a national "do not call" list, which is a joke. Repeated requests for them to remove us from their prospect lists fall on deaf ears.

They even got the white film off my glass and coated the inside black to make it look like new again. I highly recommend this professional service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They seem to upsell parts or services at outrageous prices which may not really be needed. Finding a repair firm for furnaces etc.is a challenge. High priced for what they do. But, I hired them, and I accept the bitter with the sweet. Don't believe I'd hire them again. Based on the response below from All West, agreed, prices have increased, but blaming the pandemic, for heating parts seems too convenient.Their prices for parts appear to be 200 percent or more, greater than pricing from a plumbing supplier. They (All West) rhyme off pricing without referencing any catalog, just spur of the moment off Shawn's head. It's noted Shawn took the old parts with him instead of leaving them, a move which reduces their liability, and a homeowner's ability to compare pricing. I would suggest anyone considering hiring All West be prepared to spend much more than they quote via the telephone. It's a slippery slope for a homeowner, on this note hiring the big guys such as Big Valley is probably one's best bet. You may pay a few bucks more but you'll get a firm with a reputation to uphold. Alternatively, call BC Gas they possibly know of capable firms who pay attention to detail and are not inflating prices close to the point of usery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called all west to service our furnace. Shawn who is the owner attended to do our maintenance. After he spent about 20 min cleaning our furnace he started mentioning different parts that needed to be replaced. These parts we’re working fine as we get our equipment cleaned every year from our regular service company(not all west). We did not agree to the needless repairs he was suggesting. We asked him to stop his maintenance he was doing and to leave. Shawn then got very aggressive which frightened my wife. We later booked in our regular service repair man to come to a check and do a thorough maintenance and asked if any parts needed to be replaced which he said everything was working fine. We told him about Shawn and our service repair man looked up shawns company to find he does this to a lot of the customers he goes on service calls. We also then became aware that he also own happy home and we checked the reviews happy home has as well and the company is so low rated because of the same issues. I advise anyone before you call all west for service or any work in your home look at his review and happy home reviews also. Don’t waste your time and money calling this company has Shawn and all west are scammers who get you to spend extra money on parts and repairs that don’t need to be done. Buyer beware don’t use this scam company. Check there reviews and call a reputable HVAC company who is professional. Very upset with Shawn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t advise anyone to use this company. I see that a common occurrence is to scam customers into paying for parts that they don’t need and that’s exactly what happened to my friend. All West Heating told her that there was a gas leak and where going to charge her $1000.00 plus for parts to “fix it” (that were not needed.) Luckily she got a second opinion and found out from another company that there was in fact no gas leak and she did not need the parts they were going to install. Save your money go elsewhere! I would not want these people in my home!

One of their expert technicians, Shawn, came to my aid the very next day and kindly walked me through what needed to be done and I had a warm new furnace four days later! I am very grateful for All West Heating Ltd and I highly recommend their excellent customer service.
